Requirements

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in keeping our bakery running by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Repair and maintain industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Install, modify, and improve machinery.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
