URGENT: Senior WordPress Developer – Pixel Perfect & SEO Specialist

Workstaff360 is hiring a highly experienced Senior WordPress Developer to work onsite in Islamabad and collaborate directly with an international client The ideal candidate must excel at building pixel-perfect, responsive, and SEO-optimized WordPress websites, have extensive experience converting Figma designs into flawless WordPress builds, and maintain exceptional coding standards.
This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert detailed Figma/UI designs into fully functional and pixel-perfect WordPress websites.
- Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and features using clean, scalable code.
- Implement SEO-friendly website structures, including proper heading hierarchy, URL formatting, schema, and site architecture.
- Optimize website performance (speed, responsiveness, caching, code quality).
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and mobile-first compatibility.
- Manage plugin configurations and build custom solutions when needed.
- Collaborate with the international client to understand requirements, provide updates, and deliver premium-quality work.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain site security, updates, backups, and performance standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Proven ability to build pixel-perfect websites from Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Deep understanding of custom theme development and WordPress core.
- Practical knowledge of SEO-focused website architecture and technical SEO.
- Experience optimizing websites to achieve high PageSpeed scores.
- Ability to create highly responsive layouts without compromising design integrity.
- Familiarity with headless WordPress, APIs, and modern workflows (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of WordPress security best practices.
- Must be available onsite in Islamabad
- Ability to work independently with an international client
