A private family of four adults in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Private Chef for immediate hire, with a start date of Wednesday. This is a short-term assignment of approximately 3–4 months, with the possibility of extending.
The family is moving quickly and looking to interview and trial qualified candidates immediately. Candidates must be available to begin this Wednesday.
The family prefers fresh, healthy, high-quality cuisine prepared from scratch using organic ingredients whenever possible. They also enjoy the style of cuisine served at Nobu and are looking for a Chef who can prepare fresh, elevated meals with a similar approach.
The wife is pescatarian and currently expecting, so meals should be nutritious, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. Some family members also enjoy vegan-inspired meals while incorporating select cheeses and eggs. The family also enjoys international flavors, including Thai curries, Indian dishes, and other globally inspired cuisine.
The household includes four adults and three staff members. The Chef will prepare brunch/lunch and an early dinner for the family, along with light lunches for the three staff members. The family also has two small dogs.
Schedule: The family ideally needs coverage seven days per week but is open to a Chef working six days, with backup coverage arranged for the remaining day.
Compensation: $700–$900 per day, depending on experience.
