Noor Staffing Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a focus in OB/GYN for a reputable healthcare facility in Los Angeles, CA This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient setting while contributing to the health and well-being of patients through collaborative and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assist in developing individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
Support patients through cardiac catheterization procedures when required.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive internal medicine care.
Provide quality care to patients in both outpatient clinics and assisted living facilities.
Monitor and document vital signs, reporting significant changes promptly.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance strategies, including inhalation therapies when applicable.
Promote a positive and comforting environment for all patients.
Requirements:
Active LVN license in the state of California.
Minimum 2 years of LVN experience, including 1 year in OB/GYN
BLS Certification (required).
IV/Blood Draw Certification (required).
Experience in internal medicine or behavioral health is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
