Job Description


Job Title: Store Supervisor / Receptionist (Abaya, Kandura, Perfumes & Dukhoon Retail)**

  • Location:

    Al Yahar, Al Ain, UAE

  • Salary:

    AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month

Benefits:

Working Hours:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and well-organized
Store Supervisor

to join our ladies fashion retail business specializing in Abayas, Kanduras, Women's Tailoring, Perfumes, and Dukhoon client based in
Al Ain,UAE

.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily store operations while providing excellent customer service, handling cashier responsibilities, coordinating tailoring orders, and ensuring a premium shopping experience.

Arabic language proficiency and previous experience in the Abaya or perfume retail industry are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations

  • Supervise the daily operations of the retail store.

  • Open and close the store according to company procedures.

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually attractive.

  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.

  • Maintain proper product displays and merchandising.

  • Support management in achieving sales targets.

Customer Service

  • Welcome customers professionally.

  • Assist customers in selecting Abayas, Kanduras, Perfumes, and Dukhoon.

  • Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, tailoring options, and pricing.

  • Handle customer inquiries both in person and over WhatsApp/telephone.

  • Coordinate alteration and tailoring requests.

  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Cashier Responsibilities

  • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

  • Issue invoices and receipts.

  • Balance daily cash collections.

  • Maintain accurate sales records.

Sales & Retail

  • Promote new arrivals and special collections.

  • Upsell perfumes, Dukhoon, accessories, and tailoring services.

  • Build long-term customer relationships.

  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare daily sales reports.

  • Maintain customer records and tailoring orders.

  • Coordinate with tailors regarding customer requirements.

  • Report stock shortages and customer feedback to management.


Requirements


Previous experience as:

  • Store Supervisor

  • Retail Supervisor

  • Sales Executive

  • Boutique Supervisor

Experience in one or more of the following:

* Abaya Boutique

* Kandura Shop

* Ladies Fashion Boutique

* Perfume Store

* Dukhoon/Bakhoor Retail

* Tailoring Shop

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in English

  • Arabic speaking ability is mandatory

  • Previous UAE retail experience preferred

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Able to work split shifts

  • Immediate joiners preferred
