URGENT HIRING – Sr. Identity Architect (SAP S/4HANA)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extensions)

We are seeking a Senior Identity Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA identity, security, and access management to support a large enterprise security transformation initiative.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing enterprise IAM solutions supporting SAP S/4HANA environments, access governance, role management, and identity provider integrations.
Responsibilities
• Design and architect Identity and Access Management solutions supporting SAP S/4HANA
• Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation
• Design integrations utilizing SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
• Develop Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and SAP authorization models
• Integrate SAP environments with enterprise identity providers including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Ping Identity
• Partner with security, audit, compliance, and business teams to ensure governance and access control requirements are met
• Provide architecture documentation, technical leadership, and implementation guidance
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA security and access management
• Experience with SAP roles, authorizations, provisioning, and access governance
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and federation
• Experience integrating SAP environments with enterprise identity providers
• Experience designing enterprise RBAC models and identity lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
