Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• 
  Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
• 
  Lead project HSE teams and conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• 
  Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
• 
  Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• 
  Ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards are effectively implemented and maintained.
• 
  Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• 
  Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and compliance documentation.
• 
  Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across all project operations.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE Managerial position.(Mandatory)
• 
  Level 6 Diploma in HSE.
• 
  Local Competency Requirement (A-Level Practitioner or equivalent).
• 
  Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• 
  Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and international best practices.
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
