REAP HR is hiring on behalf of a reputable hospitality brand in Al Ain seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our top class restaurant in Al Ain. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate culinary professionals looking to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, and confectionery items.
Develop innovative dessert concepts aligned with current market and culinary trends.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation standards.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Support inventory control, ingredient preparation, and recipe standardization.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
1–3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within hospitality or restaurant environments.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and recipe scaling.
Good understanding of UAE food safety and hygiene standards.
Creative mindset with the ability to introduce marketable dessert ideas.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Filipino or Nepalese nationals only.
Must be willing to work full-time in Al Ain, UAE.
AED 2000 per month
