UF Resources is growing quickly, and we are actively seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Member Plan Coordinator, Legal Document Review Specialist This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, document-driven environment and wants to build a long-term career with a stable, expanding company in the estate planning and financial services space. The role is fully on-site in Bradenton, with consistent Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the estate planning creation process by reviewing attorney-submitted documents, coordinating required paperwork, communicating with network attorneys regarding missing or corrected items, and helping ensure estate plan files are accurate, complete, and moving efficiently through the process. The position also involves tracking case status, maintaining organized records, and supporting deed funding through review of tax statements and deed documents.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in legal, financial services, insurance, title, real estate, or other document-heavy environments where accuracy, organization, and follow-through are essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple files at once, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are important for success in this role.
This is a W-2 position with weekly pay and a strong benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days, holiday pay, PTO, vacation, and a 401(k) with company match.
