Job Title: Junior Sales Executive (FMCG)

We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Junior Sales Executives for a leading FMCG distribution trading client in multiple UAE locations. The ideal candidates must have their own vehicle and a strong passion for sales, client acquisition, and market expansion. This role offers growth opportunities with performance-based incentives.

• 
  Develop and manage retail and wholesale FMCG client accounts
• 
  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• 
  Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• 
  Ensure proper product placement and visibility in outlets
• 
  Maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers
• 
  Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• 
  Handle daily sales reporting and collections
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment

Requirements

• 
  Must have own car (mandatory)
• 
  Valid UAE driving license
• 
  Experience in FMCG sales preferred (junior profiles accepted)
• 
  Strong communication and negotiation skills
• 
  Target-oriented and self-motivated
• 
  Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage
•
