Location: Springfield, VA, 22150
Start Date: ASAP
Helper Rate: $25 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and friendly helper to support a client who is largely independent and able to manage personal hygiene. The role focuses on daily living support, companionship, and light household assistance

Care Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routine and general support
• Meal preparation (breakfast and preparing dinner ahead)
• Light housekeeping (washing dishes, tidying up)
• Accompany client on short walks (a few blocks)
• Run local errands (e.g., dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up)
• Provide transportation to a clinic once a month
• Laundry (once per week)

Schedule

• 4 days per week (flexible)
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours/day)

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, patient, and reliable
• Comfortable with light activity and walking support
• Able to assist with errands and occasional driving
• Good communication and companionship skills

This role is ideal for a helper who enjoys providing light support and companionship while helping a client maintain independence and an active daily routine.
