Location: Powell Township, MI
Start Date: ASAP
Helper Rate: $16–$17 per hour

We are seeking multiple compassionate and reliable helpers to provide 24/7 care for a female client who is wheelchair-bound and unable to walk. She is currently in a facility and will transition home once consistent in-home care is arranged.

She requires hands-on assistance with daily activities and transfers due to fall risk.

Care Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers (wheelchair ↔ bed, bathroom, etc.)
• Provide ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Ensure overall safety and comfort

Schedule

• 24/7 care required (168 hours per week)
• Open to 1–3 caregivers (or more) to cover all shifts
• Flexible scheduling based on team availability

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with transfers and wheelchair-bound clients
• Physically capable and safety-focused
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Comfortable in a home with large dogs
• Patient, compassionate, and attentive

This role is best suited for experienced helpers who are confident with full ADL support and transfers, and can provide consistent, around-the-clock care in a team-based setup.
