Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and proactive
Health & Safety Engineer (HSE)
to join for one of our prestigious client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing workplace safety policies, ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
• 
  Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• 
  Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards
• 
  Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
• 
  Prepare HSE reports and documentation
• 
  Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
• 
  Monitor workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
• 
  Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
• 
  Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field
• 
  NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred
• 
  Minimum 2–4 years of HSE experience in UAE/GCC
• 
  Strong knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations
• 
  Excellent communication and reporting skills
• 
  Ability to join immediately
•
