About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and passionate
Female Cook / Chef

to join a growing café and restaurant operation in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing
Emirati, Gulf, Middle Eastern, South Asian, Café-Style, Pasta, Noodles, Breakfast, Sandwiches, Salads, Desserts, and Hot Beverages

.


The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


Food Preparation


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

  • Prepare breakfast, sandwiches, pasta, noodles, salads, desserts, and beverages.

  • Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.


Kitchen Operations


  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

  • Follow daily production schedules.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

  • Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.


Hygiene & Food Safety


  • Follow UAE food safety regulations.

  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients.

  • Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.

  • Ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained.


Customer Satisfaction


  • Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.

  • Maintain high-quality food standards.

  • Assist in introducing new menu ideas and specials.


Requirements


  • Female candidate preferred.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of cooking experience.

  • Experience in Emirati, Gulf, Middle Eastern, and Café cuisine.

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
