REAP HR is hiring on behalf of a well-established hospitality brand seeking an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our one of prestigious restaurant (Client) based in Al Ain, UAE. Ideal candidates should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café menu items to company standards.

• 
  Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• 
  Operate coffee machines and maintain cleanliness of the workstation.

• 
  Handle customer orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  Ensure hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards are consistently followed.

Requirements

• 
  Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/hospitality environment preferred.

• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• 
  Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• 
  Well-groomed, positive, and customer-oriented personality.

•
