OneHealth Remuera is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Practitioner to join our well‑established primary care and urgent care service. Located in the heart of Remuera, OneHealth provides accessible urgent medical care to a diverse inner‑city Auckland community. Our service is built on teamwork, efficiency, and patient‑centred decision‑making, supported by experienced clinicians and robust systems.

About the role:

As an Urgent Care Practitioner, you will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and unplanned presentations, working closely with GPs, nursing staff, and the wider clinical team. This role offers variety, clinical challenge, and the reassurance of senior support when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high‑quality urgent and acute care presentations
• Assessing and managing minor injuries and illnesses
• Delivering timely, safe, and patient‑focused care
• Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and support staff
• Escalating care appropriately and ensuring continuity of care

• Relevant urgent care experience
• Current or eligibility for MCNZ registration with General or Vocational scope of practice
• Confidence managing a broad range of acute presentations
• Strong clinical judgement and sound decision‑making skills
• A calm, team‑focused, and professional approach
