Urgent Care Physician Opportunities in Sunny San Diego, California!Location(s): San Diego, CA- Site Locations: Chula Vista, Otay Ranch, Downtown, Rancho Bernardo, Sorrento Mesa and Santee
- Hourly rate range $147/hr-$163/hr, plus receive wRVU incentives as well as group bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
- 200 hours of PAID VACATION per year for the first 2 years.
- 40 hours of PAID SICK time and 40 hours of PAID CME time every year.

- Practice a wide spectrum of emergency-based medicine
- All UC sites are open 365 days/year: 8:00am-8:00pm.
- Flexible shift options! (6, 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts)
- Each site has in-house lab, radiology, and pharmacy
- Volume varies: average of 2.5 patients/hour
- Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or IM/Peds. Board certification is required within first 2 years of employment.
