Our Plaza Urgent Care provides high-quality, patient-centered care without the long waits or high costs of the emergency room. We treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries that might otherwise require an ER visit, supported by advanced medical technology and on-site lab and imaging capabilities that go beyond the scope of a typical urgent care clinic. Patients benefit from a seamless continuum of care delivered by providers who are deeply invested in their health and well-being.
Common conditions treated at Urgent Care include acute injuries (such as fractures, sprains, strains, dislocations, and minor motor vehicle injuries), lacerations requiring sutures, abdominal and joint pain, headaches and migraines, respiratory issues including asthma, cough and cold symptoms, fever, dehydration, nausea or vomiting, eye injuries, nosebleeds, mild chest pain without cardiac history, blood clots or leg pain, and a wide range of pediatric illnesses and injuries.
Schedule
Full-time .83 FTE | 5-12 Hour Shifts every two weeks | Onsite-St. Cloud, MN CentraCare Health Plaza
Weekend and holiday rotation is 1:3
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $120,681.60 - $140,441.60 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Preferred:
We would prefer that our candidate have experience in one of the following areas as a Provider or RN
Emergency Department
Urgent Care
Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic
In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
