About the Position

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Redding, California is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Urgent Care team. This organization has been serving Northern California for decades and provides comprehensive, patient-centered care regardless of a patient's ability to pay. Providers work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare to the community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys a fast-paced setting and values caring for a diverse patient population across the lifespan.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time Urgent Care position
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages
• Manage a wide variety of acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support teams to provide seamless patient care
• Opportunity to practice broad-spectrum urgent care medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain before start date) with no restrictions
• Current national certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs)
• Current CPR certification
• Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all backgrounds

• Salary: $126,000 – $176,400 annually (based on experience)
