URBN is seeking a Navy Yard Receptionist! A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires teamwork and provides a great opportunity to join a growing, creative, entrepreneurial company.

Role Responsibilities

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Greet persons entering organization
• Direct persons to correct destination
• Maintain security by monitoring check-in and visitor badges issuance
• Maintain telecommunications system
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• General administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort deliveries
• Maintain appearance of reception area

Role Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
