The Head of Stores for Urban Outfitters will lead the brand’s entire North American retail operation—a critical role focused on driving exceptional performance, operational excellence, and a customer experience that resonates deeply with our core young customer. This leader is responsible for the overall health and profitable growth of a fleet of approximately 200 stores, primarily based in the US with a small presence in Canada.
Reporting directly to the President North America, this role is a key member of the Home Office leadership team. This leader directly manages 3 direct reports, including two Regional Directors who, in turn, oversee roughly 13 District Managers This role blends strategic vision, transformative leadership, and a deep, active passion for the young customer.
