• Proven track record of winning projects and generating qualified leads through Upwork.
• Excellent proposal writing and business communication skills with strong command of grammar and professional tone.
• Ability to craft personalized, persuasive, and value-driven proposals.
• Good understanding of web development (React, Node.js, APIs, databases, full-stack) and mobile app development (iOS, Android, React Native).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT API, RAG systems, and AI automation.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into client-focused solutions.
• Strong research and prospect analysis skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and CRM management experience.
• Ability to handle client communication professionally and build rapport quickly.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to improve proposal strategies based on performance insights.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate relevant Upwork opportunities in web development, mobile applications, and AI solutions.
• Research clients, companies, project history, and business needs before outreach.
• Write personalized and high-converting proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain daily proposal activity while ensuring quality and relevance.
• Handle initial client communication, requirement gathering, and opportunity qualification.
• Coordinate with technical teams and management for project scoping and solution alignment.
• Track proposals, client responses, interviews, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Monitor proposal performance, response rates, and win ratios to continuously improve outreach strategies.
• Maintain and optimize agency presence on Upwork, including profile strength, portfolio updates, and client reviews.
• Analyze competitor positioning, pricing trends, and marketplace opportunities.
• Ensure smooth handover of won projects to the delivery team with complete client context and requirements.
