The Company specializes in secure, AI-driven healthcare solutions for Pakistan, turning clinical data into real-world impact.

Opening: Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and winning projects on freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant projects and prepare high-quality proposals on Upwork and other platforms.

• Write customized cover letters and responses based on client requirements.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and convert leads into long-term relationships.

• Collaborate with technical and design teams to create winning proposals.

• Maintain records of all bids, client interactions, and project progress.

• Meet weekly and monthly targets for proposals and conversions.

• Stay updated on platform policies, industry trends, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in online bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.).

• Ability to write persuasive proposals and negotiate with clients.

• Good analytical and research skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Working Mode: Onsite
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Experience: 2 years
Work time: Monday - Friday (10 am - 6 pm)
