Upstream Systems Engineer - Java Experience Welcome - Shin-Kiba

As a project leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks

Communicate directly with clients and major SIer companies to promote basic and detailed design work.

Communicate specifications to the project team consisting of implementation engineers on the offshore side after design, manage project promotion, and connect to offshore development.

Review and inspect deliverables prior to client release and provide operational support after release to build ongoing client relationships. In charge of all stages from proposal phase to design, implementation, and testing for the project team and back-end parts of the project.

This project is mainly basic design for public system development (family registry, resident registration, etc.).

Required skills and experience

More than 5 years of experience in development involving Java
Experience in basic design
