Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate sales in existing customer accounts by identifying customer needs and upselling appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
- Meet and exceed sales quota using customer focused selling and objection handling.
- Call existing customers and utilize product knowledge to provide product recommendations appropriate for their needs.
- Respond to telephone inquiries regarding products and services; provide accurate information and recommendation to meet customer needs.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with all marketing promotions.
- Obtain all pertinent customer information and process all required documentation to maintain CRM accounts.
- Transfer all non-sales calls to the appropriate department.
- Stay current with competition by reviewing competition spreadsheet.
Job Required Qualification:
- 3 years of inbound and outbound sales experience in a high-volume environment required
- At least 6 Months to 1 year US Healthcare Background
- Must be results-driven, highly motivated, and have the ability to present product information with confidence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate patiently, courteously, and professionally with our customers
- Demonstrated record of success exceeding sales targets
- Generate revenue conducting outbound calls and offering value-added auxiliary services to existing medical alert device subscribers for Fall Detection, Lockbox, Basic Protection Plan, Premium Protection Plan, 2nd Fall Detection and PHB for 2nd subscriber, Swap
- Technical Skills – Microsoft Office, CRM data entry, and computer proficiency with sales platforms
- Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer sensitive environment
- Driven, self-motivated and competitive
- Result-oriented with a “go-getter” personality
- Excellent rapport building telephone communication and negotiating skills
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Exceptional follow-through skills
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent related work experience

Language Skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
