This position plays a critical role in supporting global healthcare logistics operations, focusing on high-value and temperature-sensitive shipments across multiple regions.
This role acts as a central coordination point between global operational teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end shipment visibility, compliance, and operational excellence.
The position also supports key healthcare accounts and contributes to both operational execution and commercial initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

또한 글로벌 운영팀, 고객, 내부 이해관계자 간의 중심적인 커뮤니케이션 허브 역할을 수행하며, 운송 전 과정의 가시성 확보, 규정 준수 및 운영 효율성 극대화를 책임집니다.

이와 함께 주요 헬스케어 고객사를 지원하고, 빠르게 변화하는 환경 속에서 운영 업무 수행뿐만 아니라 영업 및 비즈니스 확대 활동에도 기여하는 역할을 담당합니다.

Role & Responsibilities:

Healthcare Service Sales & Operational Support for Key Accounts

Responsible for centralized coordination and communication among the global operations team, customers, and internal/external stakeholders

Monitoring overall global operational End-to-End process, Process Management, Ad-hoc request follow-up, Rapid response, Dynamic Execution and solution planning

Pricing, Invoicing, Reporting, Third Party billing supports, Healthcare Compliance, Documentation Management, Customer complaints, Troubleshooting, etc.

• 주요 헬스케어 고객사를 대상으로 서비스 영업 및 운영 지원 수행
• 글로벌 운영팀, 고객 및 내·외부 이해관계자 간 중앙 조정 및 커뮤니케이션 역할 수행
• 글로벌 End-to-End 운영 프로세스 모니터링 및 관리, Ad-hoc 요청 대응, 신속한 문제 해결 및 실행, 솔루션 기획 수행
• Pricing, Invoicing, Reporting, Third-party 정산 지원, 헬스케어 규정 준수, 문서 관리, 고객 불만 대응 및 Troubleshooting 등 전반적인 운영 업무 수행

Qualifications ( 자격요건)

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  학사 학위 소지자 (모든 전공)
• At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry (freight forwarding) equivalent knowledge level and Strong understanding of forwarding processes, including import/ export operations and overall logistics workflow
  물류업계에서 5년 이상의 경력 보유하신 분 혹은 이에 준하는 업무 지식, 포워딩-수출·수입 프로세스 및 물류 운영 전반에 대한 깊은 이해 보유자
• Able to handle business matters and converse with overseas partners in English
  영어로 해외 파트너와 비즈니스 대화를 원활하게 할 수 있는 능력
• A good problem solver, sales-oriented and highly motivated, with strong selling and negotiation skills

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
• 40 hours per week
