We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and possess the expertise to transform furniture through the art of upholstery. As an Upholsterer, you will be responsible for restoring and enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of furniture pieces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Upholstery Techniques:

• Utilize expert knowledge of various upholstery techniques, including but not limited to fabric selection, cutting,

sewing, and attaching materials to furniture frames.

• Implement traditional and modern upholstery methods to achieve high-quality and visually appealing results.

1. Customization:

• Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and specifications for custom upholstery projects.
• Create unique and tailored upholstery solutions that meet client expectations and enhance the overall design of furniture.

1. Precision and Attention to Detail:

• Execute precision cutting, stitching, and pattern matching to ensure a seamless and polished appearance.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that the finished product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

1. Material Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in upholstery materials and techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to source and select high-quality fabrics, padding, and other materials for upholstery projects.

1. Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain and operate upholstery tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.

Qualifications:

Suitable certification or relevant experience.
