About the Role

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end apartment turn process, from move-out to move-in ready, ensuring units are completed within budget and deadlines.
  • Conduct move-out and pre-move-in inspections, documenting unit condition and creating detailed scopes for each turn.
  • Develop and manage turn schedules, sequencing vendor and in-house projects to minimize vacancy loss.

  • Conduct quality control and walk completed units prior to marketing/move-in.
  • Maintain documentation and records.
  • Communicate turn progress and timelines regularly to the Property Manager, Service Director and Leasing Manager.
