The UOB Innovation Hub 2 Tech Protégé Programme is designed for curious problem-solvers who want to kick-start their careers in technology and make an impact from day one.

As a Tech protégé, you'll work alongside experienced technology professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain hands-on experience with the platforms and systems that power modern banking. You'll be exposed to large-scale technology environments and learn how innovative solutions are built, delivered, and supported in a fast-moving industry.

Depending on your placement, you may have opportunities to explore areas such as Core Banking, Cards, Payments, Customer Onboarding, Finance, Accounting & Reporting, and other enterprise technology platforms.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent Bachelor's degree graduates, or professionals with less than two years of relevant work experience.
• Background in technology, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
• Interest in technology, digital innovation, and problem-solving
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
