Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Responsible for all credit perspective of the applications including ensuring compliance/ adherance with credit policies, guidelines and regulations, portfolio review.

Business Performance and Management

• Assist in all administrative functions of the Consumer Credit Operations Unit.
• Collate data for monthly reporting and assist to prepare reports as required.

People Management

• Advise Personal Bankers and Team Managers on credit related issues.

Regulatory Compliance

• Manage proper credit evaluation of facility applications and completion of documentation in accordance with policies and procedures. Adhere to Group’s standards portfolio / bulk reviews.
• Ensure compliance / adherence with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Recommend and approve limits up to the appropriate delegated authority.
