About you:
Previousexperience in an ECE environment wouldbe advantageous
Warm and approachable nature
Youdemonstrateplenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You act with integrity and warmth while upholding high ethical standards
A genuine heart for following a child’s lead and a commitment to your own growth.
The mahi:
Assisttodevelop and implement a curriculum based on Te Whāriki.
You provide high-quality physical care and nurturing, ensuring our tamariki feel safe, warm, and loved throughout their day.
You foster a supportive and relaxed atmosphere where diverse lifestyles arerespectedand every child’s holistic needs are met.
You foster positive and collaborative relationships with learners, their families, and the wider community.
Youmaintaina safe and beautiful learning space by caring for resources andeliminatinghazards.
You help capture and share children's unique progress through profile books and online portals.
