The Field Supervisor is a vital member of Huston-Tillotson University's Educator Preparation Program (EPP), responsible for mentoring, observing, and evaluating Clinical Teachers and Interns. This role ensures that teacher candidates receive high-quality support aligned with the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and the standards of the Texas Education Agency (TEA). Field Supervisors provide instructional feedback, guidance, and coaching to candidates placed in public or accredited private school settings.
