
One of the primary goals of the position is to be the front line responder to phone and email event inquiries, to coordinate event site visits, to answer questions about calendar availability and venues and to keep the calendar and social media channels up-to-date. In addition, this student plays an important role in planning/managing various activities for the office of University Farm. Critical component of the position is to assist in the planning and execution of the Farm Harvest Festival each year in October. Additional duties include administrative support and office management tasks such as communicating with Farm vendors, coordinating transportation booking, inventorying office stock, etc.
Duties will include:
Hourly Pay Rate: $12.22/hour
Federal Work-Study eligible preferred, but not required.
