Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional member service by processing daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Open and service deposit accounts, including checking, savings, money market, CDs, and IRAs.
Originate consumer loans, including personal, auto, home equity, and credit card applications.
Build strong member relationships through personalized financial conversations and proactive outreach.
Identify member needs and recommend products and services aligned with their financial goals.
Resolve member inquiries, account issues, and service requests with professionalism and care.
Educate and support members in using digital banking and self-service tools.
Assist with account maintenance, disputes, wire transfers, and other transactional services.
Collaborate with branch partners to deliver seamless, holistic financial solutions.
Participate in branch sales initiatives, community outreach, and credit union events.
Support contact center operations during peak call periods to ensure consistent member service.
Stay current on products, technology, and industry trends to better support members and colleagues.
