Job Location: Ada Office - Ada, OK 74820, As the primary interface with the customer, the Universal Banker exhibits a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor while assisting customers with financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing. Additional duties include keeping accurate records of all transactions, counting cash, answering phones, filing, and collecting payments. This hybrid role will also help customers by discovering financial needs, problem resolution, opening new deposit accounts, offering various products or services and helping the Branch meet sales goals, contributing to the success of the Bank. Tellers have an in-depth understanding of the banks’ systems and possess keyboarding and data entry skills necessary to perform daily tasks.
