Provide a consistent legendary experience which includes uncovering customer's needs in a customer-centric manner and offering solutions of various bank products and services to meet customer's financial needs.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through account opening and account maintenance of both personal and business accounts.
Assist branch with achieving goals.
Refer customers to experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized.
Achieve required levels of outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships.
Participate in on-going training and development.
Conduct relationships and activates consistent with established bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate Code of Conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicate State and Federal laws and regulations.
Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations.
Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
Basic math skills, PC and typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner
Look for cross-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
Varied Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm; 1-2 Saturdays per month with hours varied from 9:00am-5:00pm
