This role combines the best of customer service and banking. You'll assist customers with their financial needs, help them navigate banking products and services, and make a meaningful impact on their financial journey. What You'll Do:

Create Outstanding Customer Experiences Welcome customers and make them feel valued with every interaction.

Build relationships by listening to customers' needs and providing personalized solutions.

Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

Educate customers on digital banking tools and services that make banking easier.

Support Customers' Financial Needs Open consumer deposit accounts and assist with account maintenance requests.

Help customers with debit card services, online banking, and general account inquiries.

Identify opportunities to connect customers with products and services that align with their goals.

Partner with teammates and banking specialists to ensure customers receive comprehensive financial support.

Process Transactions with Accuracy and Care Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions.

Verify customer information and maintain transaction accuracy.

Balance cash drawers and maintain appropriate records.

Follow established operational, security, and compliance procedures.

Contribute to a Successful Branch Team Work closely with branch teammates to achieve service and sales goals.

Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your knowledge and skills.

Support branch operations and assist with opening and closing procedures.

Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, cash handling, or banking experience preferred.

Previous teller or account-opening experience is helpful but not required.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
