Unity Developer – Mobile Development

Position: Unity Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Hybrid – Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad
Experience: 8–10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer with strong expertise in mobile application development to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Unity and C#, with a strong track record of developing, optimizing, and deploying mobile applications for Android and iOS

The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Unity and C#
• Develop and optimize applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement application features, UI, animations, integrations, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, and platform-specific issues.
• Optimize applications for mobile performance, memory usage, CPU/GPU utilization, and battery consumption.
• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, libraries, analytics, and platform services.
• Manage mobile builds, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience, with significant hands-on experience in Unity.
• Strong proficiency in Unity 3D and C#
• Extensive experience in mobile application development for Android and iOS
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, lifecycle, and platform-specific considerations.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization, profiling, memory management, and debugging in Unity.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with mobile build and deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AR/VR, multiplayer, or real-time applications
• Experience with Unity Addressables, Asset Bundles, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Experience with Firebase, analytics, crash reporting, or mobile monetization platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or a related field is preferred.
