🚀 What You'll Be Doing
Designing and developing engaging mobile games that feel as good as they look
Building clever levels and interactions that surprise and delight players
Collaborating with artists, designers, and game veterans to bring ideas to life
Optimizing gameplay so it runs buttery-smooth on every device
Helping us push boundaries in casual gaming
🧩 What You Bring
Experience in mobile game development
A good eye for level design and player experience
Unity Engine Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Unity (2D, 3D, URP/HDRP, physics, animation, particle systems, shaders).
C# expertise: Strong object-oriented programming, clean architecture, design patterns (MVC, ECS, singleton, dependency injection).
Strong knowledge of gameplay systems: Building and optimizing core gameplay loops, AI, input systems, and interactive mechanics.
Strong performance optimization skills: Profiling, memory management, and ensuring smooth gameplay on mobile, console, and PC.
Experience with multiplayer & Networking using Photon, Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects, or custom networking solutions.
Cross-Platform Development: Deploying across iOS, Android,
Familiarity with shaders, lighting, rendering pipelines, and optimizing art assets for performance.
Strong OOP skills and a knack for problem-solving
Experience creating custom Unity tools/editors to speed up workflow for designers and artists.
Team spirit with the ability to self-direct when needed
A Bachelors in Computer Science, Game Dev, or related field
