Requirements

We are looking for talented
Senior Unity Developers (4+ years of experience)
and
Junior Unity Developers (2-4 years of experience)
with a strong background in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), preferably Oracle Unity. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Unity solutions to create a unified customer data platform. They will work closely with business and technical teams to design and manage data flows, ensuring seamless data integration from multiple sources while customizing the CDP to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   Oracle Unity CDP Development:

   • 
     Develop, configure, and implement Oracle Unity solutions to enable a unified customer data platform (CDP).
   • 
     Customize the Oracle Unity CDP to align with specific business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

2. 
   Data Integration:

   • 
     Manage data integration from various sources such as CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms into Oracle Unity.
   • 
     Collaborate with teams to design and implement customer data models and data flows.

3. 
   Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

   • 
     Monitor the performance of Oracle Unity applications and optimize them for better efficiency.

4. 
   Documentation & Data Management:

   • 
     Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and data mappings.
   • 
     Ensure data accuracy by maintaining a unified and consistent view of customer data across systems.

5. 
   Stakeholder Collaboration:

   • 
     Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for requirements gathering, system design, implementation, and testing phases.
   • 
     Provide support during data integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

6. 
   Oracle Cloud Tools:

   • 
     Work with Oracle Cloud suite and related tools to ensure seamless data integration, reporting, and system performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Experience with other Oracle Cloud products.
• 
  Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• 
  Certification in Oracle Unity or related technologies is a plus.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 
  Strong experience with CDP tools, preferably Oracle Unity.
• 
  Expertise in Identity Data Resolution (IDR), Profile/Identity Graph, and Segments.
• 
  Proficiency in data integration, mapping, and process documentation.
• 
  Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud tools and CRM/ERP systems.
• 
  Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data flows and system performance.
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience:

• 
  Senior Unity Developers:
  4+ years of experience working with CDP tools (preferably Unity).
• 
  Junior Unity Developers:
  2-4 years of experience working with CDP tools.
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
