职位描述
1、负责发行线Unity客户端技术建设，支撑移动游戏及小游戏方向的技术演进。 2、负责Unity客户端性能优化，包括启动速度、包体大小、内存、CPU/GPU性能、卡顿等问题定位与解决。 3、负责Unity客户端架构优化和工程化建设，包括资源管理、热更新、构建流程、性能分析工具等。 4、建立Unity客户端性能规范和技术标准，提升研发效率和产品质量。 5、参与客户端疑难技术问题攻关，推动AI辅助研发流程落地。
职位要求
1、5年以上Unity客户端开发经验，有大型手游或小游戏研发经验。 2、深入理解Unity引擎原理，熟悉Unity性能优化方法。 3、熟练掌握Unity Profiler、Memory Profiler等性能分析工具。 4、熟悉AssetBundle、Addressables、资源优化、热更新等客户端工程体系。 5、熟悉C++/C#，具备良好的客户端架构设计能力。 具备较强的问题分析、技术攻关和跨团队协作能力。
