Your Role:
The Unit Turnover Coordinator (UTO Coordinator) plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely transition of residential units within the community. This position is primarily responsible for conducting, overseeing and managing all day-to-day activities related to unit turnovers, ensuring that units are cleaned, repaired, and prepared to meet move-in standards. The UTO Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for turnover operations and works collaboratively with multiple departments to coordinate tasks, minimize downtime, and enhance the overall resident move-in experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school education required. Vocational or Technical training a plus.
2. Training in carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
3. Ability to use power and hand tools to effectively and safely complete maintenance tasks.
4. Good oral and written communications skills are essential.
5. Basic computer skills and pays attention to detail.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to move throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to climb ladders. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required.
