
Under the supervision of the VP of Nursing and Department Director the CNA performs patient care tasks as approved by the State of Maine Nursing Board and St. Joseph Hospital policies and procedures. The Charge Nurse in each module will provide direct supervision for the shift the CNA is assigned to.
Under the supervision of the Unit Director and Clinical Leader or Charge Nurse, performs indirect patient care tasks, acts as receptionist for the Nursing Unit, maintains and charges supplies and equipment. The Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse will provide direct supervision for the shift the US is assigned to.
Qualifications (Minimum qualifications needed for performing duties of job):
Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years preferred
Licensure(s): Active Maine Certification for CNA
Certification(s): BLS within 30 days of hire

$21.55 - $29.68
