Job Description

Unit Yield & quality analysis

• Prepare detailed refinery performance report which includes unit yields & throughputs, product sales & production variance & GRM variance
• Prepare analysis of Refinery inputs for throughput & yield projection and Inventory projection.

Performance monitoring

• Prepare unit economics file along with stream routing as per rolling plan direction/economics.
• Unit/stream optimization based on price variation during month after rolling plan release.

Rolling plan updation

• Prepare actual refinery performance & continuous yield/quality deviation to be updated in plan with proper analysis for minimizing gap between plan vs actual.

NG projection

• Prepare NG projection for M+1 month during last week of M month to optimise NG purchase

VR inventory projection

• Prepare VR inventory projection every fortnight for crude purchase optimisation
