Job Details

Assist with the operations of the sales unit and focus on the recruitment and field development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • UFT responsibilities in addition to the following
  • Recruit and develop talented sales agents, reflecting equal opportunity guidelines.
  • Develop and manage sales activities.
  • Assure that compliance goals & requirements are met by all agents in the unit.
  • Continue unit agent development by utilizing in office product training and encouraging enrollment in industry sponsored education.
  • Accountable to develop additional Unit Sales Supervisors within branch / satellite branch.
  • Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mange a team
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications required to perform the role:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Field of study: N/A
  • Certifications/Licenses: Life & Health license
  • Related Work Experience: 30k APC’s in last 6 months or 60k in last 12 months. 3 productive Agents (6k APC’s previous quarter)
