What you'll do

  • End-to-end program ownership of multiple concurrent ADAS projects (L2-L3+) across different platforms
    Build, mentor and coordinate a team of project leaders and launch leaders.
  • Act as the single program voice towards external stakeholders including senior management, suppliers, collaborative partners and internal cross-functions (Systems, SW, HW, Test, Safety, Homologation, Purchasing, Quality)
  • Drive the projects from RFQ/requirements through SOP + 6-months post-launch, ensuring Q/C/T/D targets and ASPICE / ISO 26262 compliance
    Manage overall program roadmap, budget, resource plan, risk register, gateway & milestone reviews
  • Champion reuse & platform strategy; balance customer-specific features vs. standard product roadmap
  • Support business development & quotation activities (effort, BOM, schedule, risk premium)
  • Establish program KPI dashboard (schedule adherence, open issues, cost, quality, margin) and present to Board / CTO on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate distributed teams (China HQ + Europe R&D + Collaborative partners + Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers) across different sites.
  • Lead launch & ramp-up support at plants; drive quality assurance.
  • Continuously improve program processes, templates, lessons-learned knowledge base

What you'll bring

  • B.Sc. minimum, M.Sc. preferred in EE, CE, Automotive, Mechatronics or similar
  • 5+ years automotive engineering, of which ≥ 3 yrs ADAS/AD project or program management (OEM or Tier-1)
  • Proven track record of taking ≥ 2 ADAS programs from kick-off to SOP on time and budget
  • People-leadership: managed teams ≥ 3 project leaders/engineers in matrix or line structure
  • Good knowledge on ADAS functions, sensors, ECUs, SOC, AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, ASPICE, ISO 26262 (up to ASIL-D)
  • Experience with Stage-Gate, PPAP, DFMEA, 8D, problem resolution
