Job Title: Unit Process Engineer

Location: Thailand

Salary Range: 32,000 – 60,000 THB/month

Employment Type: Full-time

Overseas Assignment: 3–6 months (product
transfer support)

We are seeking a
Unit Process Engineer to support the development, optimization, and transfer of
semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role will work closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure stable, high-yield, and well-documented unit
processes aligned with global technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and
  continuously improve fully characterized unit processes for semiconductor
  manufacturing technologies
• Support process transfer
  activities between overseas manufacturing sites and the Thailand facility
• Drive process optimization
  initiatives focused on yield, quality, and cost improvement
• Apply scientific and
  data-driven methods for process development and problem-solving
• Collaborate with operations,
  engineering, and other technical teams on development planning and
  execution
• Develop and maintain detailed
  process documentation and technical reports
• Support synchronization of
  process standards and best practices across multiple sites
• Contribute to technology and
  innovation roadmaps related to unit processes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher
  in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Electrical, Mechanical, or related
  fields)
• Experience in the electronics
  or semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of unit
  process development and optimization
• Strong English communication
  skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel and
  work overseas for 3–6 months during the product transfer phase
• Ability to work independently
  with minimal supervision
