Job Summary:
As a Unit Planner at Star Services LLC, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the unit plan for our EPC projects in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects, while adhering to ADNOC's standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the unit plan for EPC projects, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop realistic timelines.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC's standards and specifications, as well as relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to management on project status, including progress, delays, and resource utilization.
• Participate in project risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential risks.
• Continuously improve the unit planning process by incorporating lessons learned from previous projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a unit planner in the oil and gas industry, preferably with ADNOC projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of ADNOC's standards and specifications is a plus.
