We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to step into the role of Unit Manager This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives on mentoring clinical staff, leading with compassion, and ensuring the highest level of care.
As Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned nursing unit, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. You’ll partner closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain the highest standards of resident care and team development.
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, rehabilitative/restorative care, and regulatory compliance in long-term care
Supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or related healthcare setting
