We are seeking a high-calibre, forward-thinking Unit Manager to lead operations at Batts Combe Quarry This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for delivering excellence across safety, environmental performance, cost control, quality, and customer service.
As a key leader on site, you will drive operational performance day-to-day while embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll inspire and develop your team, enhance efficiency, and ensure the site consistently performs at the highest possible standard.
